Products Division" section of our
website, APG supplies a variety of die-cut plastic products
in a wide range of materials. Personal Protective Equipment Standard
Products (Eye and Face Protection) are always on the shelf and ready for
immediate delivery.
But inventories
of standard products just begin to describe the capabilities of the
Plastic Products Division at APG. Custom fabrication is
assisted by our in-house CAD/CAM die layout capabilities and years of
experience in die-cut plastic products. Exact customer specifications
and requirements are transformed into economical, quality products on a
daily basis with standard production runs up to 5 million pieces.

Plastic Products
Fabrication Equipment capabilities include: |

Cutter |

Accommodates sheets up to .125" in thickness and in various
sizes up to 65" x 80" and converts them into smaller squares and
rectangles, within a tolerance of .020". |

Sheeter |
| |
Converts substrates from rolls into sheets. Maximum size of 52"
in width and 70" in length, and a minimum of 13" x 13". These
sheets can then be taken to the cutter or any die press for
further processing. |

Many types are available, ranging from Hydraulic to Mechanical
O.B.I. and O.B.S., and Roller Presses from 25 ton to 100 ton and
platen sizes ranging from 14" x 24" to 53" x 96" and larger. We
have presses that are hand-fed to hi-speed web-fed presses.

Used to reduce roll sizes by length and/or width; tolerates
gauges from .005" thru .030" and widths ranging from 1" thru
