Customer Service Rep I Summary

This role will be responsible for providing front line Hassle-Free service to our customers through multiple service channels. Duties will include but are not limited to answering inbound phone calls, corresponding with customers via e-mails and other tasks as assigned.

Main Functional Responsibilities

  • Guide and process customer orders and inquiries in a fast-paced environment using world-class technology.
  • Communicate with established customers via phone and email.
  • Solve customer problems and find best possible solutions.
  • Help customers navigate APG’s website and place orders online.
  • Respond to shipping inquiries and answer order status questions.
  • Become a product expert and understand each customer's needs to provide real, effective solutions and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing and availability.

Minimum Qualifcations

  • High school diploma with 2+ years of relevant experience is strongly preferred.
  • Desire to provide the best possible experience for our customers.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with coaching support.
  • Dedicated to excellent attendance
