This role will obtain, train and coach a team of Inside Sales Representatives that will lead the efforts of serving our small and medium sized customers. The Inside Sales Manager will work closely with the Sales team as well as the Customer Service team to position APG by providing a solutions-based sales approach. This position will be responsible for supporting his/her team by providing daily tactical assistance to quickly address commercial inquiries from existing customers as well as prospects within designated territories. This role will have a big focus on expanding the inside team and driving towards achieving sales targets.

This role is responsible for the day-to-day development and execution of the inside sales strategy at APG to drive revenue, and prospect for new customers. The candidate will utilize customer, product and industry specific knowledge to engage and grow the customer base while collaborating closely with marketing, product managers and the commercial sales team. The primary focus is growth of sales through targeting new business, cultivating relationships, assisting with application questions, and cross selling product opportunities.
